CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS -
ARTSWEEK 2004 (September 23 – October 3)
The all-new ArtsWeek promises to deliver a lot of benefit
to Toronto’s arts community. The greater the help,
the greater the benefit.
We will need volunteers from August 20 –
October 7.
There are a variety of ways to get involved:
Mayor’s Giant ArtsWeek 2004 Kickoff
(Nathan Phillips Square, September 23)
- Everything from production assistance to booth attendance
- Specific jobs TBA
Distribution
- Bundling and packaging passports
- Passport Delivery
- Handing out passports at various events including the
CNE, festivals, retail environments, Mayor’s Giant
ArtsWeek 2004 Kickoff
Data Entry
- Administrative support needed to process contest ballots
Coalition Recruitment
- Encourage membership at booths at festivals, including
the Kickoff.
